Promotional/labour/special fare are always non-refundable even before departure date.
Modification, alteration, and shiftment of flight schedule, can be done by applying some charges but every time, it must be done at least 72 hours of departure date, otherwise, no-show charge as 200 euro will be added with functional date change charge.
Date modification charge will be about upto115 Euro per ticket/person, only in subject to seat available in same class otherwise, fare/tax difference will also be added with it and the amount will be more and more.
For refundable ticket, active segment must be cancel at least 72 hours before departure date/time so as to be free from no-show charge and other surcharges and penalties.
Payment or reimbursement of ticket’s refund amount will be handed-over about one and half month as there is multiple steps for the refund process.
